La
Casita - The Little House: detached chalet-style non
smoking accommodation in its own private grounds, on a fruit farm, in the Alpujarras.
The
chalet has an attractive wooden exterior in its own spacious, planted garden
with parking facilities, small private patio and outdoor furnishing.
Inside
it has a newly constructed kitchen & bathroom. The beautifully tiled
bathroom has shower, washbasin and WC. The
kitchen is fully fitted and ready to use with a gas hob, fridge, work units and
cupboards.
The
Casita sleeps four to six comfortably with up to two double beds and two bunks.
In line
with the owner’s eco-friendly principles, electric lighting is provided by
solar power, which needs sympathetic use. There
is no power in the morning if you burn it all night!
Water
heating is also provided by solar power, but fortunately there are over 300
sunny days in this part of Spain. Gas heating is
provided for early and late season lets but normally is not required!
